Kerrow House in Glen Affric is situated discreetly in twelve acres of wooded grounds, close to several of the most beautiful Glens in Scotland; Glen Affric, Glen Cannich, and Glen Strathfarrar. This area is one of outstanding natural beauty, home to some of the last remnants of Scottish woodland, the "Ancient Caledonian Pine Forests" and diverse wildlife, such as deer, pine martens and ospreys. Wilderness like this is increasingly sought, and enjoyed as a relief from the stress of modern city life. Kerrow House provides some of the best holiday accommodation in the Strathglass area, gateway to Glen Affric and Glen Cannich, and is easily accessible from Beauly or Loch Ness via Glen Urquhart.

Kerrow House a former hunting lodge provides Bed and Breakfast in style in this splendid old period house. There are three bedrooms in the house available for B&B including one room with a four poster bed. First class accommodation, first class surroundings and a hearty Scottish breakfast to start your day.

Self catering accommodation

Those planning a longer stay in the Strathglass area, to explore the glens, to climb some of Glen Affric's spectacular Munroes, or to seek out some of the unique and rare wildlife that inhabits the Caledonian forests, might prefer our selection of self-catering accommodation. There is something to suit everyone, from Scandinavian-style chalets, to a traditional forester's style riverside lodge. For larger parties looking for more formal period accommodation, we can offer a charming self-contained wing of Kerrow House.

Fishing

Kerrow House is set in 12 acres of grounds and is bounded by the river Glass. Three and a half miles of the river bank are owned by Kerrow House, so our accommodation guests are welcome to fish free of charge on site. Fishing rods may be hired from Kerrow House.

Salmon fishing can also be arranged locally.
